The accessible ticket policy limits one free companion ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. Customers who require more than one essential companion or additional support, please contact the venue directly by following the below link customervoice.microsoft.com For any questions about tickets booked with Ticketmaster, or if you require further assistance please get in contact with our access team at For further information on Co-op Live's accessible facilities please visit cooplive.com Unreserved standing tickets use fixed tier pricing. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Children under 18 may only enter the Event with seated Tickets and cannot enter any standing area. Standing Area is 18+. We will not be liable to refund any standing Tickets which have been purchased for children under 18. Fixed tier pricing means the Event Organiser is selling ticket in the same category at different prices - lower-priced tickets are released first, and when those sell out, higher-priced tickets will become available. There is no difference between these tickets. If more than one price tier is on sale at the same time - we recommend choosing the lower priced option. A max of 8 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 8 will be cancelled.
