Low End Theory Revisited

Gut zu wissen

London’s finest jazz musicians take on the album that put Tribe on the map and changed hip-hop forever. Released at the height of gangsta rap’s dominance,The Low End Theory disrupted American airwaves with its jazz-rap fusion, proving hip-hop could be intellectual, laidback and catchy all at once. Marking 35 years since A Tribe Called Quest released the album, a full live band channels the groundbreaking sound of tracks like ‘Check the Rhime’ and ‘Buggin’ Out’ in its purest form. This event is not in association with A Tribe Called Quest and does not feature the artist. Enjoy a view overlooking the stage from our mezzanine restaurant.
