Soul, Gospel and R&B singer, songwriter and poet Jahméne Douglas is a distinctive voice in British music, known for his instantly recognisable tone, remarkable vocal power and an ability to communicate emotion with a rare sense of honesty and depth. Following a debut album that reached Number One and featured the legendary Stevie Wonder, Jahméne continued to build a body of work that reflects his musical depth and artistic individuality. His sophomore album featured Samuel L. Jackson, alongside collaborations with acclaimed hit songwriters Diane Warren and Andrea Martin. But beyond the accolades and notable names is what has always set Jahméne apart: a voice that makes you feel something. Rooted in soul and gospel, his singing combines power with tenderness, technical ability with vulnerability, and timeless musicality with a deeply personal connection to the songs he performs. Now, as Jahméne prepares to return to the stage, audiences have the opportunity to experience that voice as it was meant to be heard: live, present and unfiltered. Whether delivering a soul-stirring ballad, drawing on the richness of gospel or bringing the warmth of R&B to the room, Jahméne offers more than a performance. He creates moments that stay with you long after the final note. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Soul Mama Menu offers a delightful blend of African, Caribbean, and South American cuisine.
